Pricing, and who does what

$400 per deed — prepared and emailed to you. You have it notarised and you record it at the probate office.

$500 per deed — sign in our office. We handle the signing and notarisation here. You still record it.

Either way, recording is done by you at the probate office in the county where the property sits. County recording fees and the state deed tax under § 40-22-1 are paid by you at the counter.
